First time buyer and my experience has been favourable. They had a specific hinge that I was unable to source from elsewhere AND they offered prompt despatch. My order was sent and received quickly and their communications were good with updates provided at each stage. On a less positive note, which I accept I agreed to, I paid £9.60 for (real cost £3.95) Tracked RM 1st Class on an order that cost £7.70. Suggestion: change P&P pricing structure to include the weight of an order not just value.

Well described on website. Promptly despatched. More expensive than other retailers for this item (a nightlatch) but the only one actually in stock whereas some others advertised the item as in stock when it was not.

Very clued up staff with great product knowledge. Given advice over the phone then ordered parts online.

UPS delivery was rescheduled by a day but fortunately our job was not time sensitive..

Very good service. The ability to buy individual hinges as opposed just to pairs made a difference as I only needed three. The hinges were solid and robust and the delivery was quick.

Black powder coating a little thin, but I believe a new coating company will be used, hopefully this good product will be even more pleasing. Thanks Dave.

I called up to confirm stock of my required items and to ask some very specific questions about them. The gent who answered was very knowledgable and polite. I ordered around 2:30 or so and they came the very next day.

I rang prior to ordering and received helpful advise, Order earlier than stated and had to call again about some issues not connected to purchase, on both occasions received excellent help and support. Thoroughly recommend.

On first opening account online it was difficult to set up a valid password. Did not accept valid inputs but then just logged me in. I use a chromebook so dont know if it had something to do with that.

Part was the right one and met my needs, it was despatched quickly. UPS were far from ideal as the delivery time was not specified and it slipped twice meaning I had to stay in until 9pm for three days running. The top of the box was damaged when it did arrive.

Excellent prompt delivery and service however excess metal inside the door mechanism where
the spindle should fit meant have had to try to deburr/remove excess metal to fit the spindle.
Hence it is not a perfect fit.

Delivery quickly, easy to deal with, will use again.
