Unfortunately the wrong colour was mistakenly sent out. Not a problem after contacting customer services. A free returns label was emailed out straight away and once received the right was was posted out. Received with in a few days.
However once the correct one was received it didn’t match my existing oak wood colour.
A shame because the colour on the internet looked correct but on receiving the toilet seat it was more like a natural pine colour.

Quick delivery. When opened part missing
Contacted plumb2u and explained re missing part.
New valve replacement ordered and arrived quickly.

This is not the first time we ordered from Plum2U. Orders are always delivered on time, on couple of occasions bath shower mixers arrived damaged, but it was always promptly sorted. Good products in a good prices. Fabulous customer service. Thank you.

Great taps at a good price. They were dispatched very quickly, but sadly Royal Mail took almost a week to deliver them! This is not the fault of Plumb2U.

Great tap. It's a pity that it took so long to arrive (one week).

The item is perfect but the delivery driver needs to know that you can't leave over £200 worth of stuff on the doorstep. Luckily we turned up just as he was leaving.

Delivered swiftly as expected despite the Christmas period.

Apart from not delivering the day they first said we had to reorganise a delivery and it came as agreed.

Delivered quickly and easy to connect replace broken thermostat. The only thing that you could do would make the delivery to be tracked , there was no exact time or day .

Product was well priced and promised Saturday delivery (for a premium) which I needed.
Ordered and paid for Saturday delivery but had a message from their carrier (DHL) to say it would be delivered Monday. Was unable to contact anyone from DHL of Plumb2U.
Unit delivered on Monday.
Cost me a call out fee from the plumber who arrived to fit it.
On Monday Plumb2U apologised and refunded the carriage premium, but I was still out of pocket.

The item was quickly dispatched, however when the item was received it had a defect, which I am waiting to be resolved, reference my email to Plumb2u dated 14/9/2025.

Please could someone provide a status update on when the broken hot tap cap will be replaced?

Received item but looked like the item had been opened as not sealed however nothing was missing I fitted it and we all love the Grohe shower mixer. Would recommend PLUMB4U just check What you receive.

The pipe appears to be out of stock online but I have made a call to the customer service and everything was sorted out in couple of days. The shipping time was a bit longer than I expected but overall it was a good experience.

Taps good quality, fairly speedy delivery.

Product well packed and works well but needed to get threaded fittings to connect on to water pipes.Perhaps fittings could have been included with heater.

Ordered the wrong Aqualisa shower engine from TradeDepot not sure why the search engine didn't find the specific part as I specified the exact rating. Had to send it back in the meantime found the correct part from Plumb2u and it was cheaper with free delivery. Fitted all is good.

The Item took too long to arrive.

Great service and quick delivery. Products came in a good state. My order was in two consignments which could have been communicated better as I expected them all in the same package. However, tracking was good on the initial package and customer service was great and informed me of this very promptly when asked.
