Ordered the wrong Aqualisa shower engine from TradeDepot not sure why the search engine didn't find the specific part as I specified the exact rating. Had to send it back in the meantime found the correct part from Plumb2u and it was cheaper with free delivery. Fitted all is good.

The Item took too long to arrive.

Great service and quick delivery. Products came in a good state. My order was in two consignments which could have been communicated better as I expected them all in the same package. However, tracking was good on the initial package and customer service was great and informed me of this very promptly when asked.

Came with a bottom filling valve when instructions show a top/side valve, which was what I was replacing. Plumb2U gave a partial refund and I sent the wrong one back, but had to order from another supplier as P2U didn't stock the correct one. So a bit of a faff, but impressed with how fast and understanding P2U were.

Good price, option to pay for next day delivery. Will use again.

Ordering the product was easy, but unfortunately the incorrect shower was shipped.
Contacting customer support though they immediately sorted this issue, shipping the correct item for next day delivery.
Overall very happy with the cost and whole process.

Really good price and easy to navigate the site.delivery was prompt. I wish we had more help over the phone in relation to finding a matching tap.

Everything was great after a slightly slower dispatch time (2-3 days).
I would use the site again but consider paying for expedited shipping if you need something urgently!

Invoices email confusing due to name changes (Tucker French[owner]?) almost cancelled order thinking I'd been con'd

Plumb2U do not send an invoice for your purchase, they also bill you from an account called Tucker French, not Plumb2U. I have lost lots of time firstly figuring out who on earth Tucker French was, and then when I figured it out, having to email them to request a receipt.

Mad way to operate, businesses need invoices to reclaim VAT.

Had all the parts necessary necessary to install, but no instructions- these seem only to be available on-line. Works very well and looks way more modern than that which it replaced.

Initially the wrong shower was sent, but this was dealt with promptly and effeiciently, the replacement shower was fine, very good service.

No communication from delivery company as to when it would arrive in the day.

Great quality tool, customer service very responsive. Will use in the future!

Item was found to be out of stock following order causing a delay, but was restocked quickly and dispatched promptly. Customer communication was good throughout. Very competitive prices. Will use PLUMB2U again.

1 to 2 days. But 8 days from manufacture.

Would have been helpful to know if the product was already in stock and if not how long it would take to get the part.
Apart from above, everything was good. Good price, shipped within 2 days then prompt delivery.

Very pleased with speedy delivery. Product arrived safely & at a good price. Had never heard of Plumb2U before but will recommend you. Emails arrived to state order received & delivery was forthcoming, however, it wasn't very clear WHEN it would arrive. Happily the delivery was very fast.

The first item was damaged/incomplete but customer service was first class. Martin arranged a replacement and got it swapped as soon as he was able to get a replacement. The service was all one could ask for. as a result happy to use again and to recommend to others.
