The overall experience of shopping with this company was satisfactory. I did get a little frustrated when they didn’t return my call or email but they did communicate to let me know about the delay with my order so I’m probably being a bit petty.

Product looks well build but still to test.
There is an opportunity to improve communications with the customer on status and speed of getting item sent. In my instance, took 2x escalation email to get an update to show ready for dispatch, then another to have the item with the shipping co ang get a tracking number - but actual shipping ( virtually same cost as the IR touch)was fast.

Great service,delivered next day.Not tried the v20ir yet. The black sun pill works well.A bit dissapointed that the original pill only lasted 4 months as it was£49 to replace ,hopefully this1 will last longer.

Thanks for the review. The Dark Engine BLADE has a lifetime warranty, so if you return the original pill with a covering letter, we can refund the cost of the replacement.

Cracking buy, light is very good with the Alpex 4K lrf. Small lightweight design is also very good. Was shipped promptly also.

Very nearly full marks. The advert did say add scope details and if a shim was available it would be sent out. I didn't hear back or see one. As it was, fitting the Pard was fiddly initially.
Other than that, posted and received in tact.

Thanks for the review. We've checked and a specific shim wasn't available for your Weaver scope, but you should have received the standard set instead which can be used and even combined to fit most sizes.

International shipping can take a little while at the moment. This was ordered on 5 June and despatched on the 6 June to help other international customers with timescales.

Despite some negative feedback my order was promptly processed and delivered. The only thing I would criticise is that they don't seem to answer the phone. I will be happy to buy from here again.

Fast service but I think your phone lines are lacking it would be nice to be able to speek to someone about your goods but apart from that swift service and everything was present and correct.

The pard itself was difficult to mount on my scope as none of the shims fit so had to wrap electrical tape around my scope to make it fit. it was difficult to find the focus but eventually got the desired result. The instructions are in such small type I needed a magnifying lens to read them. some info about the battery needs tape covering to be removed before it can be charged (which took several hours) would be useful, might be in there but the print being so small I might have missed it.

Took over a month to get to me due to DPD losing the first shipment to them. Nightvision store are a bit difficult to get a reply from. Not knowing their set up there could be reasonable reasons. As they are a Nightvsionforum sponsor and UK based that's why I used them They do need to get better at the replying/keeping folk informed though.
Once they did reply the situation was explained and once the item arrived I was very pleased with it.
I would use Nightvisionstore again.
