The product quality was great and fully met expectations before and after installation.
During delivery the packaging suffered some damage despite multiple wrapping. The boxing suffered a couple of small marks but still fully met my requirements. Very pleased that supplier took the trouble to phone to enquire if boxing need replaced.

Rapid delivery, very well packaged, great quality, only issue was asked for it not to be delivered on a Monday, which it was, luckily someone was in!

Still have not received this order, as the courier seems to have a problem delivering to this address, even though I have given them an alternative delivery address. Poor service considering the amount I paid for delivery.

Ordered item was damaged in transit, but it was not a problem as I was sent a replacement straight away.

My boiler encasement arrived quickly and was well-packaged.

Be sure to order the rubber base trim online, as it is an optional extra despite what the promotional video suggests.

The encasement was easy to cut down and install, providing an attractive solution to an otherwise unsightly issue. I'm very happy with the finished look—much simpler than boxing in pipes.

I am very pleased with these. They but only look really well but will save me a lot of work in making a cabinet. Services and delivery also excellent.

Absolutely brilliant piece of kit. Hidden the waste pipe with so little fitting required. Shorter lengths available so very little waste.
I thought £23 shipping was a little steep but overall it was well worth it.

Brilliant from start to finish. My order arrived in good time but had been, unfortunately, damaged in transit. A phone call to a very apologetic member of staff resulted in Encasement-online issuing a replacement, without hesitation, which was delivered the following day. Customer service, the like of which I haven’t experienced for a very long time!
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company and would certainly use them again.

Boxing has damage on top right hand corner - should be fit for purpose as boxing has to be cut into shorter lengths. Not enough packing protection on corners ?

Although quick delivery, unfortunately item arrived damaged. I managed to work around damaged area, but ideally the fitment didn't work out as I originally wanted.
Appreciate the item is delicate, had stickers on wrapping as fragile.

Excellent service (especially considering I made a mistake in my original oder), and delivery. The product is also very good, my only gripe is that, being DIY, I had to by a 1.5m length, when I only needed 30 cms. But, so I have quite a lot left over...

Shipment super fast. Good product just think the joints fittings are a bit pricey. Would think plastic ones would be cheaper to produce over using the boxing material.
