I've ordered from Ktec a few times for inks and labels as I purchased my Primera LX610e printer from them a few years ago. This time it was just the one Ultra Dye Ink which is so good I won't use anything else - it really makes my labels stand out. As usual my order arrived next day and all in good order. Customer service at Ktec is great and they are very attentive to even the smallest of asks!

All good service. I do find it ironic though that the parcel label is an A4 sheet folded in a document wallet; you are a labeling company, surely you could print your own labels :-).

VAT invoices need to be requested with each order, sometimes repeatedly. It's a pain and one of those things that should just be automated for this kind of purchase. It's not a big deal in some ways, but it's a waste of time for and us.

Me being not the most savvi in relation to 'Tech' had some installation issues but these were very efficiently resolved by Roy in the KTEC Tech Support Department - Thank YOu.

Great speedy service, my only complaint would be using Parcelforce and not Royal Mail, as Parcelforce refuse to leave in a safe place, so always have to go to local Post OFFICE TO COLLECT.
