This was a great website. They dispatched promptly and then, when I had questions, they responded quickly and explained that I ordered the wrong component. As a result, they accepted the return with no issues at all, refunded and then shipped the correct one. All along, I have received excellent customer service (they phoned me several times to assist, emailed to confirm refund, etc). I will continue to use this site for my future plumbing needs and strongly recommend it.

Having identified the right part no from the Valliant Boiler website it was easy enough and the best price for the hinge replacement. The firm informed me at all stages of the order including the actual delivery date. Would have no hesitation at using this firm again.

Joke of a company ! I called to make sure they had product in stock and was advised if it says in stock on website then it's in stock. Ordered the part to be called 3 days later to say they have not had that part in stock for several years. Then I had to wait a week for a refund. Will never use again !

Easy to order, delivered promptly. Good value and competitively priced. Good quick service when I had a query. There was a minor issue of marks on the buttons but I realised as it was a sealed box and that it was a lack of packaging from Aqualisa as buttons weren't wrapped in plastic and cardboard box had rubbed the surface. However Aqualisa customer service came through and sent replacements. Thank you.

Fast service and easy checkout. I only ordered two tiny, low cost parts and they came in a massive box. I would have preferred if they could have been sent in something that the postman could have put through the letter box, rather than making a specific trip to the royal mail to collect. Other than that; i would buy from here again.
