Pet Connection have excellent products and excellent Customer Service. My Robin feeder item arrived damaged, most likely due to the delivery company being too rough with the parcel. As soon as I contacted Pet Connection and sent them photos of the damage they immediately offered me a refund or replacement. The new item arrived quickly using Royal Mail and I am delighted with it.
