The true measure of a company is what happens when things go wrong and how they respond. Unfortunately the part delivered was the wrong one due to a cataloging error on the site. Frida Turner dealt with the issue with excellent customer care and professionalism. Things can and do go wrong sometime, the measure of this companies customer service stands out from the crowd. I use to deal with Turner many many years ago in my rally days. Now all these years later and 250 miles further away, when I needed to rebuild a land rover engine, they came through in record time when nobody else could. Thanks guys you rescued the whole job.

Really speedy delivery but had issue with a head gasket being bent in the packaging deforming the fire ring when delivered. Emailed Turners and they sent a replacement no question or quibbles when I was asking what the best course of action would be. Unfortunately the second one was damaged even worse despite being marked "Do not bend". Perhaps better packaging or delivery company are required?

Ordered the monday, the parts were at home Tuesday (in center of France).
Rocker arms are very good quality parts.
