Complete rubbish! The black foam backing to the filter pad disintegrated when fitted to vacuum cleaner.

Sorry to hear that. I have checked the remaining stock which looks ok. These parts are genuine Panasonic so we will pass your feedback onto Panasonic UK. We have also ordered some more for stock. The part number has not changed so if the filter looks different upon arrival we can assume that Panasonic have had an issue which has been addressed. If everything is the same there wont be much we can do. Here in the workshop it simply slots into the machine so it isn't stressed and doesn't fail when we try. It may be worth referring to the user manual for correct installation of the part.

I sent for these because I was fed up of removing the soup and baked beans splatters from the inside of my microwave left by my son... Since I’ve had them my microwave is splatterless.
It’s a pity they don’t make a smaller size that would fit a basin or a soup bowl.
These are large enough to cover a dinner plate, or a casserole dish, but smaller sizes would be used more often, and are so labour savin.
