I had searched google for this part but was unsure if company was ok but then I found kitchen ware and the web page was easy and I knew it was the exact part I was looking for, ordering was really easy for anyone nice and clear and you knew what you were getting, I wasn't expecting the item as quick as it arrived I ordered in the afternoon and was with me next morning and the part everything was how it said it was, a very trustworthy company I will definitely recommend and use again.

This was a brilliant service. Everything set out clearly, and I was able to choose which delivery service I required. The product arrived the next day and it was such a relief.
Spare parts are always costly, but your price was very competitive and it was a genuine part from Panasonic.

Even though the initial purchase was a microwave with an inverter I feel that the inverter wasn’t quite up to the job and after a couple of years on the road therefore I had to purchase a more powerful inverter I do feel that you should increase the price of your initial purchases and include the stronger inverter because it is more up to the job and even though I was initially satisfied I wasn’t happy at having to buy a second inverter a couple of years down the line.

Thank you for your comments. We actually haven't had any other reports of the 1000 watt inverters failing although of course, they may well have. We have re tested the setup and it remains within tolerance but will change our listings and offer the larger inverter as an option.
