Sorry to hear that you didn't receive your order and couldn't get through. We have 2 numbers, both of which are working. You didn't choose a tracked option when you placed the order so we can't track that one but have just resent your order FREE of charge and have a Royal Mail tracking number that you can see when Royal Mail do attempt a delivery. The tracking number for this is 2E0013C5161. Perhaps, if you original order turns up you could write 'return to sender' and give it back to the postman or just refuse delivery. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Item spot on but very disappointed in the delivery charge, we all know it don’t cost £12 pound to post a little parcel even with a little extra for the box it takes minutes to pack up, it’s just ripping of your customers when you know people need the items.

Excellent service, had the exact part I wanted at a fair price. I have knocked one star off for shipping, they sent it via second class and with the postal strike for one day it took a week to arrive.
Very disappointed as it was only a very small part and would have not cost that much more for first class.

I was going to apologise but upon checking the order you did order it second class postage and in fact placed the order over the phone and my colleague asked about postage. However, we did actually send it first class anyway - we upgraded the postage free of charge. We therefore went over and above expected customer service levels and you still downgraded the rating. Wow. Thank you. We obviously have no control over Royal Mail and their poor service. Thank you for your purchase.

Quick delivery, The only negative thing, it doesn’t come with screws for the power connections. The was replacing an old style board with spade connectors. So had to try and get some from hardware store.

I wasn't even aware that part of the inside of the microwave was to easy to damage when I was cleaning it. Didn't expect to be able to find a spare for it either so was delighted when a search highlighted KitchenwareOnline. Part identified from the pictures displayed on the website, ordered and part arrived within days and has now been fitted to the microwave. Good price and two parts supplied as well which is good as the 'mica' like material would be easy to break if you are a bit heavy handed.
