I chose this firm as they stock this food which is one of the few things my cat isn't allergic to. I was impressed by the responsiveness of the service, calling me the next morning to discuss delivery, and when they found they had one less box than I had ordered, they brought it the next week. Delivery cost reasonable too.

Good quality products, but still experimental for Kitty and me. The delivery man was very pleasant and professional, despite my being half asleep and very vague (my apologies). Well packaged and good value.

It’s the second time I order with you and it’s the second time I receive a damaged food container - split plastic container which is therefore not sealable.
I take this opportunity to also ask a question - I wondered if there is an option for you to collect the polystyrene boxed when you make subsequent deliveries so as to reuse them rather than having to throw them away?

Thank you for completing the review. I am sorry that you have had damaged containers, we find they are handled so many times between leaving the manufacturers to arriving at your doorstep and the plastic seems very brittle so they do occasionally get damaged. I will keep an eye on it.
Please do return the poly boxes to the driver or leave out if not in as we are very keen to reuse wherever possible

I find delivery charges a bit steep. I wish there was free delivery for larger orders.

In order to keep the delivery charge to a minimum (£2.95 inc VAT) we spread it across all deliveries regardless of size and in fact have found with the increase in fuel over the last 12 months that this is ever more difficult to sustain.

Please also note that maintaining the freezer van deliveries is also particularly costly so I hope you will understand the charge we apply.

On the plus side. Delivery and comms for this company excellent and tracking of the product is minimal which is a joy.

On the down-side. The item is very heavy and so despite ordering a 20kg sack to obtain maximum effectiveness would require a depth of half a bag at a time to gtee clumping.

Won’t be recording this product but would reuse company.

Great company, stock a massive range catering to even the most fussiest of pets.
The staff are most helpful and are willing to cater to your requests. Deliveries are prompt and a God send!

The product selection is excellent, customer service is good, but the delivery itself is a bit shifty. Getting notification for delivery window is unreliable, and I've had a package left outside my building door without being told so a few times. I don't like styrofoam box left with me, either, as I do not like to throw it away for the sake of environment. It'd be great if they can just take the styrofoam box back with them.

The products sold are top quality, the customer service is very efficient, the only slight problem would be with delivery dates, specifically that my area is served only on Thursdays! With a bit of planning on my behalf it’s not a big issue & im more than happy to continue with this excellent service/company!

The speedness of the delivery on the day is fantastic as I always receive my order before 12. But I wished that there was another day for deliveries other than once a week on a Friday. They should consider delivering on another day too maybe a Tuesday because if I place a last minute order I have to wait a week for it. That is why I have given 3 stars for shipping!

I appreciate it can be frustrating to have to wait for the delivery schedule to come round to Friday but as we only use our own vehicles and cover such a wide area this is how we are able to keep the delivery charge to a minimum.
In future should you miss ordering in time for your usual day please DO contact us and we will do our utmost to schedule in an emergency drop sooner.

Appreciate the difficulty in keeping food frozen but really dislike being left with polystyrene boxes until the next delivery.
Is there any method you could use to keep the food frozen that uses material that is more environmentally friendly?
