I tried to rearrange delivery of this order as I ordered it not knowing I was going to have to go away for the week. I tried several times to phone to rearrange delivery. I left several voice messages and text messsges asking for the delivery to be postponed to the next week. I eventually got a reply when I emailed them to say that delivery would be postponed. I am not home so I can’t check but I hope I don’t come home to a defrosted load of dog food. Communication has not been very good.

I am sorry to hear of your recent issues when ordering via our website.
I did send an email on Saturday to explain that the offices are not open over the weekend and that I would pass the message on.
The order was postponed as requested and is due for delivery as per email on 27 March 2018.
We look forward to delivering next week.
