For the third time the delivery was compromised. DPD had gone to wrong address, I had to contact DPD by phone who eventually managed to divert the delivery driver back to the correct address. I may have to look for alternative food options, although your product is ideal for my EPI GSD.

I can only apologise for the delays and inconvenience you have experienced. The vast majority of our customers receive their orders the next day. I will take this up with DPD again to see why they are having problems delivering to your address.

The delivery was a day later than stated by DPD and the courier could not find property. I had to collect it from him.
