We have only just started our 5 month old labrador pup on this food. So far so good. His breeder recommended puppy food gave him loose stools which made us suspect gluten or grain intolerance. We are steadily mixing it in increasing quantities with Nutrix and are already seeing an improvement.

Seems to be a very good quality food, our pup eats little else and is a good weight and has good digestion.

Delivery is quick with DPD who I have never had any problems with.

I have had no need to use customer services as there have been no issues.

I cannot rate Nutrix highly enough. I ordered a bag of dog food yesterday morning and it arrived the day after by lunch time! The product is superb and the service is excellent!

This is great food, both my old dog and a 2 year old are doing very well on it. The vets have commented on what good shape they are both in, slim with very shinny coats. The youngest was prone to upset stomachs on previous dog foods but the nutrix hypoallergenic one he is on now, has sorted the problem. Customer service is also very good, going out of their way to ensure that my dogs have food. Thank you.

I've bought nutrix salmon and potatoe dog food for our beagle Lola for four years now I've never had anything but a perfect service from this company the food is always delivered on time is excellent quality and Lola a beagle who is allergic to rice loves the food she is fit and healthy and has a beautiful shiny coat I would recommend nutrix 100% thanks for the great service.

Nutrix have proved to be a lifesaver for my two dogs, both of whom cannot tolerate most dog foods. The company are helpful and polite, they always arrange delivery quickly.

I have a Labrador with a sensitive tum, this kibble makes scooping poop easier and he enjoys immensely. I also consider this to be a reasonably priced product, as I have tried many and others have a far heftier price tag. Delivery is efficient too, the only feedback that I would give to the company is how about the option of discount for repeat orders that could automatically be sent out on a chosen cycle? All in all though - fabulous:).

I'm very sorry that this happened - but as we discussed on the phone, we have arranged for a re-delivery at no cost to yourself. Obviously it does not excuse that we sent it to the wrong address in the first place - but hopefully this is an adequate resolution!

Excellent products - dogs really love the grain free food. Slightly confused that the treats didn't arrive in the food delivery with the courier but sent separately by post. However my query quickly dealt with - good service and very prompt delivery.

Food excellent seems good quality and is delivered efficiently never used customer service but would be nice to have special offers or reduced costs for repeat purchases or long standing customers I never seem to get any discount codes etc.

I didnt review the order because the email inviting me to do so came as soon as I had made the order, but before it had actually arrived. This meant, by the time the food had arrived, I had forgotten about the email. No idea how much customer reviews matter, but if they do, then I would certainly be more likely to do the review if the invitation came when I had something to review. Anyway, I remembered this time! Will keep buying your product so a happy customer here.
