I always contact EOS magazine when I purchase a new camera as the manual that comes with it is woefully lacking. One can download ithe full instruction manual and print it from disc , which involves a lot of ink and paper, or simply pay a reasonable amount of money to EOS magazine to print it and post it. Due to sight problems I get mine printed in A4 size and EOS are always happy to oblige. Their representatives are always cheerful and helpful, so the whole process is painless.. Recommended.

The Speedlite is for my old EOS 500. It looked like the item was in stock but after a couple of weeks I was informed by the Magazine Shop that they wouldn't be able to get it until about June; would I prefer to cancel my order with a refund or wait. I opted to wait. It arrived within about the next week to 10 days. Customer service dept were polite, efficient and helpful.
The flash came in a Jiffy bag and the flash itself was in in it's own box in bubble wrap. I am very happy with the product.

Very satisfied as placed order for battery as a back up for new camera rather late. Sent order on Tuesday pm and received Thursday pm prior to Camera Club outing on Friday. Staff very helpfull, patient and polite while giving advice regarding my order.
I also got very good advise regarding other products I intend purchasing in the future.

Next day delivery was requested and paid for due to a few days holiday ahead.
The package did not arrive the next day so had to request delivery after the holiday.
Under the impression it was the larger spring bound version of the manual as indicated in the image but what arrived was identical to the manual provided with the camera.
Not sure why there were many problems with this order but the situation was not helped with no further email communication as promised after the order was placed.

Coupling ring was essential for trial of macro photography; actively encouraged on Shop home page; suggesting items for macro. Coupling ring was out of stock - but maybe that is to be anticipated when it is promoted? Order and item page gave 7 day restock for entire 3 weeks to receipt. Chased @ 7 days / told expect 2nd week. 2nd call to find it was now being sent direct from the supplier. I think proactive contact would have been better than me having to chase it twice and restock promise a lie.

I am very pleased with the service I received as I initially ordered the wrong booklet by mistake, and asked for the shop to sort it out for me. There was no hesitation and the order was cancelled and I re-ordered the correct booklet which is just what I need. The EOS crowd have always been extremely helpful and constructive in the past, and this recent experience was no different.
