I made the mistake of buying some Ford Racing Bonnet Struts...What a pile of rubbish they were!
Flimsy fittings that bent on installation...and to top it all, they did not work . Didn't open the bonnet..
Took them straight off and sent them back..

Went for the best then, and bought the Steeda ones. Not cheap,but they are good quality, with sturdy fittings...and above all THEY WORK! Get the Mustang bonnet to a third open, and then the struts do the rest.
Fit these... they don't disappoint.

Can’t separate perch by jerking it apart as your instructions say,impossible.you tube recommends using a punch the same size as the hole which I did resulting in snapping the tip off the plastic rod.which ended costing me 66 pounds from fords for new assembly. Not happy.

Shipping was done in 2 days.
I got a tracking number which does not seem to work outside of the UK, so I had no clue when this would arrive.

I contacted someone via the form on the site but they never got back to me.
Happy with the product.

9 pounds ups delivery then delivered by Royal Mail seems a bit underhand, as the item was light as a feather and fit in a small/medium envelope.

Hi Graham, thanks for taking the time out to review. We are currently in th middle of a logistics upgrade and hope we can use this as an opportunity to lower our minimum shipping price. However we do always use premium services for speed and safety and that usually means higher charges. This is because 99% of what we do is bigger (and more costly!) than the clutch springs.

However, we are certainly looking into a"clutch spring" shipping option to help alleviate the shipping cost ration on it, as these are super popular both for Focus and Mustang.

Fast handling time but unfortunately they didn’t see the note I added to the order so the parcel was undelivered then taken to the delivery depot which is an hour round trip when it would easily fit through the letterbox or could be left in a safe place. I’d recommend DPD instead of Royal Mail, their delivery options are the best from a customer perspective, allowing you to specify a safe place to leave parcels, a specified neighbour, see delivery time estimates and get real time tracking.

Dear Dave, thanks for taking the time to review, we really appreciate all customer feedback.

We normally put all customer shipping instructions on the order and delivery notes, but unfortunately the 'deployment' of these instructions is usually down to your local "last pair of hands" postman / delivery driver. If they ignore them, there is not much we can do.

Our larger items go via courier which allow for more precise tracking etc, but for cost reasons the smaller items go via Royal Mail.

Hi Tim,

Thanks for taking the time to review. We are trying to work on a new "low rate shipping" for very small items as we are mid switch to a new system. Hopefully something in place before the end of the year. However as we always aim to provide a premium service, we do use premium "next day delivery" type ship options, so that always ups the price over budget "take a chance" options.

Excellent product, would recommend to anyone with a 5.0 ltr S550, It transformed the clutch action on my car making it a much nicer car to drive.
I was not very pleased about the high postage costs though !!!

Only issue was the delay in delivery. Please update this to say it fits the UK spec Mustang ecoboost as I wasn't sure of this when I bought them.

Good product though £30 is expensive for what it is. When completing Checkout online there was a large UPS logo on the right side of the screen so when £9 delivery was shown assumed it would be delivered by UPS. It was delivered by Royal Mail. So in short a good product but £39 is expensive for what you get.
