The bracelet is giving me a rash.

We pride ourselves that SABONA copper is the purest on the market at 99.9% and sourced from a mine in South Africa that we have been using for the past 50 years. We would be unable to claim 100% pure copper because there is always the possibility of other trace matter. Our copper bracelets are a market leader because of our 99.9% pure copper enabling as much absorption of the element into the body.

I would suggest that you remove the bracelet immediately from your wrist and allow the rash to heal and clean your band on the inside and outside with soapy water or lemon juice. When the rash has gone, perhaps try the bracelet again to see if you have the same reaction. We have very few customers react to our copper bracelets in this way.

It would have been nice if it was described that the bracelets had your brand and "London" marked on it. from the description and picture I anticipated that it would be plain.

The order was sent to my billing address not shipping address, which was disappointing as it meant it had to be forwarded onto the address I had given.

Postage was expensive.

I am sorry to hear that you thought our postage costs were expensive. In order for our bracelets to arrive in good condition it is necessary to pack them in a padded envelope which then results in us having to send the item by small parcel rate. Unfortunately we have been caught out trying to send as large envelope.

I would be happy to refund you part of your postage.

I bought the oil and the copper knee support for my 70 year old mother after it was recommended to me. Unfortunately my mother was very disappointed with the products and I felt it was waste of £21. It didn't help my mother at all. I could not even ask for a refund.
