The product is great etc etc but what really impressed me was a p&p refund of £2 to my PayPal account as you managed to post my purchase as a large letter rather than as a package. If you hadn’t of told me I would never have noticed. It’s £2, who cares, I do as honesty is everything.

The magnetic bracelet arrived in a very short time the fit was superb and I know the quality is fantastic as this is a replacement for my son whose last one just snapped after 9 years a true testament to quality he has never had it off his wrist in that time and is a full time golfer so it’s been exposed to the elements If this lasts the same it will be amazing

The bracelet is giving me a rash.

We pride ourselves that SABONA copper is the purest on the market at 99.9% and sourced from a mine in South Africa that we have been using for the past 50 years. We would be unable to claim 100% pure copper because there is always the possibility of other trace matter. Our copper bracelets are a market leader because of our 99.9% pure copper enabling as much absorption of the element into the body.

I would suggest that you remove the bracelet immediately from your wrist and allow the rash to heal and clean your band on the inside and outside with soapy water or lemon juice. When the rash has gone, perhaps try the bracelet again to see if you have the same reaction. We have very few customers react to our copper bracelets in this way.
