The bracelet came by first class post and arrived within a day or so. I was delighted to have an email to let me know that I was due a refund of £2.00 on the postage too. The bracelet is of good quality and lived up to my expectations.

Thank you, Sabona, for quick and professional service. The bracelet arrived here in Italy four business days after ordering. I had selected the Tracking option as mail can sometimes go missing, however there was a mix up and the shipment came without tracking. You were quick to acknowledge and refunded the entire shipping cost which was much appreciated. Great customer service!
