Excellent and very quick service from Sabona.Have always ordered from them as they have the greatest range of styles and sizes that you just cannot get anywhere else.Also you are buying from the company themselves and not a third party and that their prices are quite competitive even if you factor in their shipping costs.

Although I was originally sent the wrong item, a quick phone call to the office resolved the issue and I received the correct item the next day, even before I had returned the wrong one. Excellent customer service.

My last Sabona bracelet lasted over ten years till it finally broke, my new order arrived very fast in the post. It was packaged in a nice box, and seems thicker than my previous one.
The new brushed finish looks very nice, one happy returning customer.

Shouldn't 99,9% copper be much softer?

Thank you for your interesting observation regarding the density of our copper at 99.9% being much softer. The answer is that Sabona copper is Hard Drawn and not annealed.

First class service. My order arrived within a few days. Unfortunately 1 of 2 items didnt fit but they exchanged it immediately and had a replacement to me within 2 days. No fuss - polite and efficient.

FYI their products were the first and remain the best in the market.

Arrived early. Looks great. I hadn't realised it would have the 'Sabona' and 'London' inscribed on it, that didn't show in the product photo. However happy with it and it seems to be working!

Frustrated at the time it took to receive my bracelet - from 04/01/2017 to 01/02/2017 and the fact that your office could not really help in this process as I was told that once it is out of the UK it is essentially out of their hands (Royal Mail).
