It would have been nice if it was described that the bracelets had your brand and "London" marked on it. from the description and picture I anticipated that it would be plain.

The web site stated that deliveries could not be made to the Isle of Man.
A phone call to Sabona resulted in an immediate shipment which was received in two days!

Fast shipping. beautiful bracelet. i chose smallest and it took quite a lot of effort to get it to fit properly as it seemed too big and copper was not that soft to make it smaller. got there in the end and it now fits fine. am pleased with it.

Bracelet arrived very quickly by normal post and exceeded my expectation. Pleased with product interested as to how long until benefits of bracelet takes place. Do I need one for each wrist?

Thanks for your great review and we are pleased that your bracelet exceeded your expectations. It is difficult to give a timeline on the benefit of wearing a copper bracelet as each individual is different. The absorbtion of the copper through the skin and into the bloodstream means that it can be worn on either wrist and help the whole body.

I placed the order around 10.30pm on 30th July. Received the items on the 1st August. I had unfortunately ordered the incorrect size for the two bracelets and returned with note of my wrist size. 3rd of August I received the replacements. The service I can not fault at all. The merchandise rating includes all three items purchased. Only time will now tell for the benefits of the bracelets to kick in.

I recently ordered a bracelet for a friend on Monday evening and by golly, it was delivered on Wednesday. What a speedy delivery service.
About 3 years ago, by mistake, I wore my bracelet when I went for an MRI and 2 of the magnets fell out.
Sabona very kindly repaired it for me free of charge. Great service.
