First class service. My order arrived within a few days. Unfortunately 1 of 2 items didnt fit but they exchanged it immediately and had a replacement to me within 2 days. No fuss - polite and efficient.

FYI their products were the first and remain the best in the market.

Arrived early. Looks great. I hadn't realised it would have the 'Sabona' and 'London' inscribed on it, that didn't show in the product photo. However happy with it and it seems to be working!

but the wrong invoice was in the package .I sent it to the correct customer

The knee support which I purchased for my husband was so successful in relieving the pain in is knee that I purchased a second one. Very good product which arrived very quickly will certainly use this company again for their first class customer service.

Frustrated at the time it took to receive my bracelet - from 04/01/2017 to 01/02/2017 and the fact that your office could not really help in this process as I was told that once it is out of the UK it is essentially out of their hands (Royal Mail).

I rang to ask about a faulty clasp and the possibility of getting it replaired. The solution was a replacement at half price and the faulty bracelet being returned so to see if it can be improved. The replacement bracelet was with me the next day.

MyHermes is not always the quickest form of delivery but it is a courier service. Your order was placed on 26th December and sent to you on the first available date of 28th December and it arrived in the specified time of delivery.
