Good quality product.
Fast delivery with regular and clear updates on delivery status/delivery date.
However, corners of both portfolios were slightly damaged, probably bent during transit.

Bought for my school leavers.
They look and feel amazing and display educational certificates wonderfully. Hopefully will now inspire confidence to promote themselves in future interviews.

Some of the archival pockets I received were already ripped, also I emailed to ask is they were polyester and was told that the information was on the website, which it was not. By this point I had to order the pockets to get to me on time, and as they had taken a few days to get back to me the first time i couldn't take the chance. However this was in an emergency situation.

The portfolio itself is nice, but there was a dent in the leather where something else had been resting on it for a while, I needed the portfolio straight away and didn't really have time to send it back. It's not blindingly obvious but it's a shame when I spend just under £60 for it because that dent properly won't come out.

Received a text from the delivery courier to say that they had left my delivery with a trusted neighbour (as per my instructions) but came home to find the package stuffed behind my recycling bins in front of the house. Also I was surprised to find that even though I ordered from the Portfolio Store website that my delivery actually came from the London Graphics Store - is the Portfolio Store actually an offshoot of London Graphics?

Like a previous reviewer, this seems a huge amount of money to pay for what is actually folded plastic corrugated cardboard held together with poppers. Put too much of a weight in the folder and the poppers un-pop!
However, it is cheaper than those found with other retailers. And it does the job of providing storage and transport of large pieces of work.
The staff were very helpful about making this item available to me.

Ordered a portfolio and it was damaged, I need it straight away so I don't have time to return it, I paid £50 and now I'll have to replace it in 2 weeks, from another store now. Delivery was fast though,.

We will always replace damaged items as soon as possible, but I don't seem to have heard from you regarding this before the review was posted.

There was a mistake with my order and I received the incorrect item. This was a big issue as I needed it for a deadline. The way by which Emma dealt with my issue was perfect, and I received the correct item in time. Would definitely recommend the the Portfolio Store to my friends and will be using them in the future.
