Like a previous reviewer, this seems a huge amount of money to pay for what is actually folded plastic corrugated cardboard held together with poppers. Put too much of a weight in the folder and the poppers un-pop!
However, it is cheaper than those found with other retailers. And it does the job of providing storage and transport of large pieces of work.
The staff were very helpful about making this item available to me.

Ordered a portfolio and it was damaged, I need it straight away so I don't have time to return it, I paid £50 and now I'll have to replace it in 2 weeks, from another store now. Delivery was fast though,.

We will always replace damaged items as soon as possible, but I don't seem to have heard from you regarding this before the review was posted.

If you do want a replacement or refund for the item, we can sort that out for you.

There was a mistake with my order and I received the incorrect item. This was a big issue as I needed it for a deadline. The way by which Emma dealt with my issue was perfect, and I received the correct item in time. Would definitely recommend the the Portfolio Store to my friends and will be using them in the future.

My order arrived rather quickly and on the day it was supposed to, which was great. Couldn't fault the delivery. The box wasn't as strong as I'd hoped, but couldn't knock it for what I paid for it.
I ordered A3 sleeves and was really disappointed with their quality and some arrived split. I got in touch with customer services and was then messed around before being told I could only have replacements, it's been 2 weeks, and still nothing.

Regarding the sleeves, we did send a couple in the post way back but as it was 48 hour Royal Mail service, perhaps they got lost.
It does unfortunately happen on occasion.

We will send another couple of sleeves out to you.

The product I received is fine. However (as I emailed you to say and have yet to have a response) I was very disappointed that I paid £8.50 overnight delivery for it to take nearly 48 hours to arrive.
I needed it at a certain time for a birthday present, so was happy to pay more, but I missed the deadline for that.

Hi Helen,

We processed the order on the 1st as the order had come in on the evening of the 31st, the time deadline for ‘next day’ is 2pm but we try and process them up to 4:30pm.

I had a look at the tracking for you when you sent the email and it was out for delivery on the 2nd.

I did respond to your email, but perhaps it was filtered through to your junkmail folder as that can happen on occassion.
