Excellent customer service. Very pleased with the wheelie bin store, looks very big unpainted but with a coat of preservative it looks great. Best of all it hides the unsightly bins and boxes.

The product is exactly as advertised, displaying excellent workmanship and is even slightly larger than anticipated (Thank You!) The packaging was identical to a previous purchase and effectively protected the piece during a trans-Atlantic delivery. Timing of the delivery was very efficient. All told, it is another great product from Distinctly British!

Very disappointed as there was a part missing from this item (one of the struts which attaches the back to the front) Also the screws provided were not up to the job. My school caretaker had to make a replacement part and use better screws to put this together.

The Wheelie Bin Screens took longer than predicted to arrive. Assembling - extremely difficult. Internal dimensions are not true, presenting problems when trying to fit the door(s) to accommodate the longer dimension of the steel support strips. Also some of the timber frames have split. Guide holes have been half drilled by the manufacturer but they do not match, dimension-wise, with the frame. The screens are over-priced considering the split timber and having to assemble them yourself.

Hello there,
Merchandise wholey satisfactory,however,charged an exorbitant £4.95 for 1st class postage item then arrived 2nd class.
Email pointing out the postage anomaly promptly ignored.

The product arrived July 6, with just a bit of a delay from the anticipated arrival date. It is exactly as advertised and I am impressed with the excellent quality of the product and the level of detail present in the artwork. It will fit in very nicely with its intended purpose (the topper for a Burns-related presentation trophy). The packaging was sound and the bust suffered no damage in shipping.

I'm very disappointed that the item has a significant scratch on the back, where I was hoping to get it engraved. My boss retires on Friday and I still need to get the item engraved so it leaves me with little option but to keep it but I would like you to know that I am not satisfied with the quality of your product.

Not too impressed ordered on 06/04/16. Got email 07/04/16 stating the item was being dispatched that afternoon and expected delivery 48hrs.

Today's date is 13/04/16 - and still no delivery.

I called your customer services line - and a message said 'we will call you back' - you cannot call me as I am outside the UK.
